The ATB Standard Cone line of in-sump protein skimmers (previously known as the ATB Econo Cone) combine the quality ATB is known for with a lower price option. The ATB Standard Cone skimmers like all ATB models can be fully disassembled for easy and thorough cleaning to keep your skimmer looking and functioning at it's best. Standard (Econo) Cone protein skimmers are built using a seamless cone body, high polished edges, and a drain on the collection cup. All ATB Standard Cone protein skimmers come with a 1 year warranty and with lifetime support from ATB. |

ATB Standard (Econo) Cone 840 Revision 2.0
Protein Skimmer
Like all ATB skimmers the ATB 840 Standard Cone is made in Austria. It utilizes the new Sicce Syncra pump replacing the older Sicce PSK-2500. This new pump does not suffer from many of the rotational issues of the previous model which has let ATB no long need to use the custom volute, thus lowering the cost.

ATB Standard (Econo) Cone 1050A Protein Skimmer
Made in Austria, the ATB Standard Cone 1050A uses a modifed Askol pump known as an AirStar. This pump is complete with custom ATB mounting plate, volute, and pinwheel. These high quality modified pumps are extremely quite while pulling large volumes of air.
