UVL A4 VHO/T5 ballast

UVL VHO retrofits are also available here. They come complete
with UVL A4 VHO ballast, 3 peice German endcaps, standoffs,
and your choice of UVL VHO bulbs.

UVL A4 Plus Ballast by Icecap

The UVL A4 vho ballasts are made by Icecap and are almost identical to the Icecap 660. It does not come with a heatsink(which is not needed for UL approval), and has a 2 year warranty.

This 2 year warrantied ballast is UL approved and comes with a 6 foot wiring harness with a quick disconnect.
The UVL A4 like the IceCap 660 will power up to 4 48" VHO or HO T5 bulbs.
