Chemi-Pure
Chemi-Pure removes ammonia and other harmful waste products and toxins, regulates pH and contains no phosphates. The results of using this safe, effective filter media are crystal clear water with fewer water changes, as well as healthier fish, corals and invertebrates that acclimate more quickly to thrive in their new environment. For freshwater and saltwater aquariums, Chemi-Pure can be used in any aquarium filter that takes carbon media.
For best results, leave the filter bag closed. Remove Chemi-Pure filter media by turning container upside down and shaking. Rinse lightly, place bag in filter and flatten as much as possible. Pack any area not filled by the bag with filter floss and apply a thin layer of filter floss over the bag. Change the filter floss and rinse bag when flow through the filter begins to slow down.
Use 1/2 unit up to 20 gallons, 1 unit up to 40 gallons, 2 units from 40 to 100 gallons, above 100 gallons add one unit for every 25 gals. |
